Lactation Breakfast Smoothie

A smoothie is one of the fastest and easiest ways you can fuel up for the day. This smoothie recipe will help boost your breastmilk supply, stabilise your blood sugars well as increase your energy levels. 

You'll need: 

1 Frozen banana 

2 Large Tbsp Chocolate Lactation Blend 

1 Tbsp Lactation Drinking Chocolate 

1 Shot of iced coffee 

Milk of choice 

Ice (if your banana isn't frozen) 

Blend everything together and pour into your stainless steel smoothie cup to keep it nice and cool while you're on the go! You will no longer have to worry about spilt milk mama, enjoy xx
