Quality

All of our products have been carefully formulated by nutritionists and are blended by hand on licensed and verified premises. 

Potential Allergens 

Our blends are created in the same premises that also process nuts, wheat, dairy and seeds. Whilst extreme care and precautions are taken, traces of allergens may be found on equipment used.  

Dispatch & Delivery

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 business days, unless stated otherwise. You will receive an email when your order has been processed and picked up by the courier. You should expect to receive your delivery within 3 business days. Delivery to rural addresses may take longer in some areas.

Shipping

Shipping is free on orders over $100. NZ wide shipping is $6 on all other orders. Delivery is made by Courier post. Please ensure the delivery address and receiver’s name for your order is accurate and complete, as we may be unable to change these details once the order has been placed.  

We will not take responsibility for any orders that go missing due to incorrect delivery information provided by you. All orders are sent with a signature required unless requested otherwise. The Milk Collective does not take responsibility for any lost/misplaced orders if you have given authority for the courier to leave your order.

Australian Orders

Shipping to Australia is free on orders over $150. For all other orders, we offer shipping at a fixed rate of $12. You will receive a shipping notification with your tracking number so you can track your order. Orders can take up to 4-10 business days to arrive once dispatched. 

Damaged & Faulty Items  

Our glass jars are tightly wrapped in layers of corrugated cardboard and then wrapped in tissue paper to protect the jars on their journey to you. We tape the delivery boxes shut with 'fragile, handle with care' and we then rely on a third party courier to deliver your order in the same condition it left our warehouse. If your order is damaged in transit, please contact us immediately.  Please email us with photographic evidence and provide full details of condition.

Cancellation 

Once your order is confirmed we are unable to change, cancel or add to any aspects of it. Please carefully check your order details before completing payment.

Refunds 

The Milk Collective reserves the right to offer only exchanges or store credit (not refunds) within reason.
