Healthy Lactation Pudding

Replace your bowl of ice cream with this healthy chocolate lactation pudding! 

Ingredients:

2 Cups Almond Milk

1/2 Cup Chia Seeds

2 Tbsp Lactation Drinking Chocolate 

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 

Coconut yoghurt for on top 

 

Method:

1. Add all ingredients except coconut yoghurt into a blender and blend on high for around a minute. 

2. Transfer mixture into little bowls, cover and refrigerate for around 3 hours. 

3. Add coconut yoghurt on top
