Lactation & Energy Bites

If you're breastfeeding OR want to have a little protein treat to help get you through those peckish afternoons, give this recipe a try! Only 5 ingredients and ready in under 5 mins.

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Smooth Peanut Butter

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup 

1 Cup Rolled Oats 

2 Tbsp Chocolate Lactation Blend or Chocolate Superfood Blend 

2 Tbsp Chocolate chips (optional but lets be honest, you're going add them) 

Method:

1. Melt the peanut butter and maple syrup in the microwave for about 30 seconds

2. Pour the peanut butter and maple syrup into a mixing bowl and add the rolled oats, chocolate lactation or superfood blend and chocolate chips. 

3. Stir to combine. If the mixture is too dry, add a tiny bit of water. Roll into bite size balls and set in the fridge or freezer.

They are delicious on their own, but if you have a couple of extra spare minutes you could drizzle over some melted chocolate or roll in some coconut. YUM!
