Chocolate Overnight Oats

A perfect breakfast choice to kickstart your day. My favourite way to make overnight oats is in a jar! It's also easy to quickly grab and eat on the go. 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 Cup Rolled Oats 

1/2 Cup Milk of choice 

1 Tbsp Chocolate Lactation or Superfood Blend 

1/4 Cup Maple Syrup (or other sweetener of choice)

2 Tbsp Yoghurt of Choice 

Sprinkle of chocolate chips and shredded almonds (optional)

 

Method:

1. Combine oats, milk, chocolate lactation or superfood blend, maple syrup in a bowl and mix. 

2. Transfer to a glass jar and leave to set overnight in the fridge.

3. Open the jar the next morning and top with yoghurt and sprinkle over with your topping of choice. Some chocolate chips and almonds go down well!
